Responsibility
The person making the reservation is fully responsible for the safety of the property and any damage caused. The owner has the right to determine the amount of compensation based on the extent of the damage.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. If this rule is broken, an additional fee 150€ will be charged for thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises.
Signing in and out
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
Loss of key
The following fees are charged for lost keys:
• Electronic key – 80 €
• Traditional key (Abloy Classic, lock replacement) – 450 €
• Opening the door – 30€ (After 10 PM – 50 €)
Additional services
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony. Violations will result in a 200€ fine.
Extra cleaning
If the apartment is left in a very dirty condition, a cleaning fee will be charged:
• Basic cleaning – 30€/hour
• Stain removal from carpets and sofas – 40€/hour
Parties
Organizing parties is strictly prohibited.
Disruptive behavior
A fine of 500€ will be imposed for any disturbance caused by calling the police.
Extra guests
All additional guests must be notified in advance. A fee of 25€ per person will be charged for additional guests. If the number of guests has been deliberately underestimated or concealed, the owner has the right to charge double the fee (50€ per person).
Short visits by guests, friends, or relatives are permitted for a maximum of 3 hours.
